Good Afternoon all. Just thought I would share this post for your information. These are the dates and times for the new reception children (2026 starters)"meet ups" for each school in the area. Meet ups are at Zoomania and would be a good opportunity for you and yiur child to meet their future classmates and their parents. Places MUST be booked

During the second part of the spring term the children have enjoyed learning about many things including :
Goldilocks and the 3 bears
Easter
Farm Animals
Science week
Spring and minibeasts.

Our caterpillars have arrived so we will watching them grow and turn into butterflies , learning about life cycles.I will share some pictures of this as the caterpillars grow and change.
We will also be looking at plants and how they grow, and doing some planting of our own.
The week commencing the 11th May will be our Bring a plant week. This was very successful last year, the children loved bringing, planting and taking care of their plants, it brightened up the garden too!

Wow ! That was a very quick half term! Not sure where the time went ?
Thought I would share a little update of all the learning and fun the childrennhave been having this half term. Our topics have included Winter, arctic animals , shapes,numbers , being healthy/ healthy eating and the Gingerbread man.

The children have had great fun since returning from half term. They have learnt about fireworks, road safety and dinosaurs. We had our own campfire with hot chocolate and marshmallows and took part in some lovely themed activities. I thought I would share these pictures before the excitement of Christmas takes over !

The children have enjoyed their first half term back at pre school. They have settled back in to routine really well and have enjoyed making new friends.
They have learnt about themselves, each other and covered themes such as space and Autumn.....oh and a little halloween 🎃 . Here are some pictures of the fun activities they have enjoyed 😊
