Without the details, you learn what you think is right. If you do that for 5-10 years you will get to a place of utter ignorance, not realising that just because you've been around 'martial arts'... doesn't mean you have the ability to defend yourself - Child or adult.

Check out these teens making sure they get the details. Less fun than a cartwheel but throwing people to the floor can be fun too :)

If you're sick of rammed classes where your kids get no attention, come check us out. DM for info

The weather doesn't dictate discipline. You do. Pick the sparring partner's that don't want to injure you, find a coach who works with what you do and don't know.

As always said... Go train.

Thanks as always to Alan and Max.

It doesn't matter where the energy is... if it's toxic, find something else.

Protect your peace and remember that being a toxic man or woman isn't good, be better.

Mistakes can happen BUT you need to recognise how well versed your partner is in holding pads. If they're new, go light. Common sense really.

to clarify ... this lady wasn't in our class đź‘€
