It’s been a while!

From the end of last term we changed up our breakfast provision activities and dedicated a Thursday morning to the children making their own breakfast. This has seen a huge improvement in behaviour, responsibility and building bonds with the staff. The feedback has been awesome. We’ve even had the children trying new foods! This week the children had a go at making avocado eggs and toast. Swipe for a few pics ———>

We’ve had a litre revamp of our breakfast club provision and will be offering a range of different themed mornings to add some variety! We’ve timetabled this to help support our SEN children.

Mondays: Wake up to Shake Up!
Tuesdays: Board games and puzzles
Wednesdays: Craft
Thursdays: Cooking
Fridays: Outdoor games/ trim trail

We hope these changes are positive and add some variety.

The children have been preparing for Drama clubs show: Jack and the Beanstalk (have you got your tickets yet?!). Forest School club have been helping out with props and made this awesome harp! 🪉

Adult tickets are £6 in advance and £3 for concessions. More on the door.

Wednesday - cooking club. No disasters just children exploring a range of dishes
Thursday - Drama club! Flyer for our next show coming soon 🤫
Friday - Art club. It’s always nice to get the paints out and see what the children come up with.

In cooking club this week the children were making vegetable stir fry’s! Super chopping and frying in the kitchen.

In forest school, the children were busy learning about squirrels and finding out what it’s like to forage for frozen food.

In art club the children were busy exploring paint and using bright colours to create paintings about our world.

The wraparound team look forward to serving you again next week!

Another week over at OurSpace!

Monday was a super busy session with coaches Emily & Dan from

Tuesday was bird watching with Roxana & Emily and a nice session jumping in puddles.

Wednesday the children made a simple 4 ingredient bread dough to make at home.

Thursday the children had dram club with Olivia

And to end the week, Honor delivered art club and you never guess what managed to make its way on to a piece of art. Swipe all the way across!
