Hello Dance Family! 💃❤️

I hope you’re all well! Just a little message about tonight’s class at Attleborough Academy. It’s currently 33°C, and it’s looking like it will still be around 32°C by class time. 🥵☀️

I completely understand that some of you may decide the heat is just a little too much tonight, please listen to your body and don’t feel bad if you choose to stay home.

For those who are planning to come along, I’m going to make tonight’s class a lower impact. We’ll be doing a Gold style playlist, with plenty more water breaks than usual. 💦

Please, please, PLEASE bring plenty of water with you and maybe even a towel!

Tonight isn’t about pushing ourselves or getting a big workout in it’s simply about keeping our routines going, moving our bodies and having a bit of fun together. ❤️

From Wednesday 2nd September, our evening Line Dance class will take place every Wednesday at Old Buckenham Village Hall at 6:00pm 💃🤠

Before we move to our new weekly Wednesday slot, we have our final two Friday classes on:
