Science (KS1, KS2, KS3, GCSE) I am a primary school teacher with over 10 years experience ranging from year 1 to year 6. I have experience in tutoring both 1:1 and in small groups - ranging from short 'top-up' sessions during the holidays and specific preparation for exams to longer term focused work to support the school curriculum. I work largely on building confidence and encouraging pupils to take ownership of their own learning, with pupils enjoying sessions and feeling success at every stage. I have experience of working with pupils with learning differences and can adapt my working style for the individual. I work closely with parents and can offer either face to face tutoring at your house (I am based in Ashford, Kent, but can travel up to 30 mins to reach you) or online sessions if you are further afield. With A levels in maths and the sciences and an Oxbridge science degree I am well placed to offer GCSE level tuition in maths and science.
