Symbols and Schedules aren't just for people who are non verbal! Having a daily schedule can help so many people.
Who writes a list of things they need to do in their day? Its the same thing in picture form.
Unpredictability in our day can cause lots of stress and behaviours, just think how you would feel if I told you I was in charge of your day but wasn't telling you what we were doing.
