We are delighted to share the appointment of Joanna Ronayne as Chief Executive Officer of ACE Learning.

Joanna brings over 20 years of experience in school leadership and has been instrumental in shaping our trust since joining as Education Director in 2022. Her passion for inclusion, fairness, and ensuring every child reaches their full potential aligns perfectly with our core values.

📢 Ofsted Report Update – We’re Now ‘Good’ in All Areas! 🎉

We’re delighted to share that Furley Park Primary Academy has been rated ‘Good’ across all areas in our latest Ofsted inspection (December 2024)! This is a huge step forward from our previous rating and reflects the dedication, hard work, and passion of our staff, pupils, and community.

The inspectors highlighted many strengths, including the school’s rapid improvement, strong teaching, and the wonderful behaviour and attitudes of our pupils.

Our journey continues, and we remain committed to providing the best education and experience for all our children.

Is your child due to start primary school in September 2024?

Our open evening is coming up on Wednesday, October 4th at 6pm. This is your chance to come and see the school for yourself, meet our staff and find out about some of the opportunites we can offer your child.

Tours of the school will commence from 6pm, and the Head of School talk will be at 7pm. There is no need to book, so simply turn up!

If you cannot make this date, we will be holding another open evening on Thursday, November 16th at the same times.

A big thank you to Lou in the kitchen!

We wanted to take a moment to thank Lou for the delicious Coronation Cake she made for today's celebrations. It was absolutely beautiful and the children loved it. The decorations were perfect!

We know she put a lot of time and effort into making the cake, and it was definitely appreciated. Thank you again, Lou, for helping to make the celebration day so special!

The school football team were victorious in the Ashford & District Primary School Sports Association Football Tournament at the weekend. Played at Willesborough Junior School, the team took on 7 others over 9 matches to become champions of Ashford. The final was a bit of a nail-biter as they won on a penalty shoot-out against Kennington Junior School with Seth scoring the winning penalty. Kuzey was overall top scorer with 7 goals. We are so proud of the team's hard work and dedication. They played their hearts out and showed great sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Thank you to all the parents and supporters who came to cheer on the team! Well done team! ⚽️🏆🥇
