As we approach another exam year I am going to share three tips I have picked up over many years of teaching.

1) Your mental health is more important than any piece of paper.

2) Whatever your result, if it isn’t what you wanted, it can be fixed it is not the end of the world there are solutions.

3) You are amazing regardless of your results, you will become a success and are loved.
