I love giving the children emotional support, helping them to communicate their feelings and feel strong. Rewarding them for the the little things is my favourite thing to do.

Being around the children just reminds me I've got lots to give. The fun, happiness and excitement they bring daily keeps me going, for sure is why I love my job. Morning cuddles are always a bonus!
