Thank you to everyone that came out to support our Sports Day this morning, and special thanks to the PTFA for providing refreshments. The children all had a great time 😀 As always, the parents races were favourites, with lots of participants and only a little bit of creative interpretation of the rules 😜

We are seeking to recruit a Midday Supervisor to join our team here at Brailsford.

The successful candidate will be expected to promote outdoor play and positive behaviour, as well as supervising children with their lunch, and encouraging good table manners.

Candidates will need to demonstrate good communication and nurturing skills, be enthusiastic and able to work on their own initiative. We are seeking someone with a caring, kind personality with a range of strategies to ensure that our pupils’ personal, social and emotional needs are met.

The hours are 11:30am to 1:00pm Monday to Friday, during term time.

Due to this post having access to children and/or vulnerable adults, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check.

As we eagerly awaiting the return of our Year 6 Campers later today we would like to say a huge "THANK YOU!" to all the staff who have dedicated their time to organising this week, camping with the children, taking them on amazing day trips and keeping them (very) well fed! Your efforts have ensured they have the best possible time, making memories that will last a lifetime🎉. Thank you for hosting us, what a fantastic venue!
