Good luck to everyone going back to school this week - remember education is a journey, sometimes it’s up hill, but the joy of speeding down the other side is amazing.

In my sessions this term I will be focusing on resilience and importance of celebrating small successes. Revisiting past achievements and building on skills already learnt.
