The Firs Playgroup

🍎✨ SEPTEMBER ✨🍎

September brought us our first group of children, who have been settling in, exploring our spaces and learning all about our playgroup routine.

Some of our favourite moments;

🍐 Harvesting our first apples & pears from our garden!

🎨 Getting creative with our harvest through art & messy play.

🍦 Enjoying a special visit from the ice cream van, kindly supported by Credit Union Armagh!

🥣 Making our very own autumn soup — scooping, pouring, mixing & exploring!

🧸 Exploring all our play areas, building confidence and independence.

Through all these experiences, the children have been learning, exploring, creating, and, most importantly… having lots of fun! 🌿✨

⭐️ A few spaces have become available at The Firs Playgroup for this academic year! ⭐️

📚2 years 10 months - 4 years old
📍13 Station Road, Armagh

Here, we give children the opportunity to learn through play, exploration, curiosity and time spent outdoors. Our playgroup offers little ones the freedom to discover, grow in confidence, build friendships and develop important early skills at their own pace.

We look forward to beginning our first term and welcoming this year’s children over the coming weeks and months.

🥞 PANCAKE TUESDAY 🥞

This morning we had great fun making pancakes for our snack.

We talked about the ingredients needed and followed the recipe. We also practiced taking turns before enjoying eating them together.
