P3 End of Year School Trip
The P3 children thoroughly enjoyed their trip to GR8. We had lots of fun bowling, playing in the soft play area and made great use of the Astro pitch. The children were involved in Lego and Xbox competitions and had some tasty food and drinks. We had a fantastic day out! 🎳🍟🍕

Congratulations to our students Mark (P6) and Noah (P7) who were successful in the Armagh County Fleadh at the weekend.
Mark came 1st in Grúpa Ceoil and 3rd place in the Tin Whistle. Noah came 3rd place in singing.
A massive congratulations to both our boys we are so very proud of them, both boys now progress through to the Ulster final.
We wish them the very best of luck for the Ulster final.

Our P7s had an absolutely fantastic end-of-year trip, enjoying the food, slide, climbing wall, and mechanical sweeper! A heartfelt thank you 'Friends of Granemore' for generously covering the cost of the bus, and to our entire school community for their amazing support with their 'Break The Rules' fundraiser. We couldn't have done it without you all!

PE uniform 05/06/2024

PE uniform
Our new PE gear was introduced last year by Mrs Casey (previous Principal) and, as such, the current school year was granted as a transition year for the PE gear. This coming school year the it will be the new compulsory PE uniform for our school. This can be purchased through McKeevers with the t-shirt still available from shops in Keady. The portal will open again on the 24th June for two weeks. McKeevers have agreed to do a sizing night in the school on Thursday 27th June with a QR code that the uniform can be purchased then, should you wish.Uniforms will be sent to the school so there will be no charge for postage. Please see the attached sheet for details of packs available.

Today we were using Cuisenaire rods in Maths to complete a fun activity. Firstly, we worked out the value of each coloured rod. We then had to complete a picture and work out it’s total value. We used multiplication and addition to help us.
