This for me is a given and it’s something I do all the time with my youth athletes. Playing your sport and only training 1/2 times a week isn’t enough if you really want to fulfill your full potential. Lifting weights and doing your plyos, agility, sprinting will make you stronger and faster over time. Repetition repetition

Session for the athletes, im 43 and i still add these sessions into my programme. Upper body strength work combined with lower body movements for explosiveness and power. Train like an athlete not a body builder to dominate in your sport 💥
