Wokingham’s Got Talent. What a day! Fabulous contestants, a fantastic production team, a professional MC and panel of judges, plus a wonderfully supportive audience. Thanks to everyone's generosity, local charity in Need will be able to continue their good work. To everyone who helped make WGT such a success…..Thank you!

WOKINGHAM’S GOT TALENT SHOW 2023
Do you, or someone you know have have a hidden talent? Well, now is the chance to showcase your skills. ’s Got Talent is searching for talented performers to take to the stage in Peach Place, on July 29th 2023. Don't worry if you're not a professional performer-all levels of experience are welcome. It's FREE to enter. This show is all about celebrating creativity and talent in our local community. You'll have the opportunity to perform in front of an enthusiastic audience. There's a cash prize and a fabulous trophy for the overall winner. Paul Metcalf as seen on TV is your MC on the day and as well as audience judges, there’s also a panel of judges made up of industry experts from the world of entertainment....including a finalist from Britains Got Talent 2017.

Applying to participate in the talent show is easy. Simply go to Wokingham’s Got Talent and fill out the application form and submit a short video clip of your performance. This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your talent and have some fun. Don't be shy, give it a try!

What a fantastic rehearsal this morning with CLASP. Everyone worked their socks off! It was wonderful to have WIN’s professional photographer Rob Hughes join us and Janet helping with the costumes. Fantastic support from all the CLASP staff and volunteers too! A special thanks must go to local charity Wokingham in Need, who without their sponsorship and continued backing this wonderful and exciting Talent Show would not be happening.

A lovely time was had by all at Kennet Court this afternoon. Plenty of laughs, an unusual story or two and some fine singing and ukelele playing by the splendidly named 8TT4. With thanks to Wokingham in Need who do so much to support the local community.

What a fabulous time everyone had at WADE this afternoon. Delightful entertainment with Hannah. Everyone joined in with gusto! Some folk were even brave enough to take to the floor! Great fun was had by all at the Shinfield dementia-friendly cafe today. Entertainment was provided by the talented Hannah. This enjoyable morning held in collaboration with Age UK Berkshire and Wokingham in Need was helping promote dementia-friendly Wokingham. Thanks to Wokingham in Need for supporting and sponsoring this delightful event. It was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.
