🎉 What an incredible result! 🎉

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported our Sponsored Danceathon. 👏

Thanks to the generosity of our pupils, families, friends and local community, we are delighted to announce that we raised an amazing £2,056.30 for Randalstown Central PTA! 💙

It was a fantastic day filled with music, dancing, laughter and even a whole-school conga line! 🕺💃🌈

Every penny raised will go towards supporting our school and enhancing opportunities for all our pupils. 🤗

Thank you to everyone who sponsored our children, donated and helped make the event such a success.

🚨JUNIOR REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! 🚨

We have limited places available, so if you’re interested in your child joining a friendly, family-focused hockey club based at the Antrim Forum Hockey Pitch, we’d love to hear from you!

At Randalstown Hockey Club, we help young players develop:

🏑 Communication and listening skills
🏑 Good sportsmanship
🏑 Teamwork and cooperation
🏑 Respect for rules and others
🏑 Confidence and hockey skills

If those are qualities you’d like your child to develop, hockey could be the perfect sport for them!

Our experienced and skilled coaches provide a fun, supportive environment where children can learn, improve, and make lasting friendships.

🏑 Throughout the season:
• U9, U11 and U13 teams take part in blitz events against other clubs.
• U15 Girls compete in the Ulster Hockey Junior League and friendly matches.
We also organise social events throughout the year, with players, parents and children encouraged to join in, from children’s disco, cinema trips, etc.

Age Groups:
• Mini’s P1-P2
• ⁠U9 – P3- P5
• U11 – P6 & P7
• U13 – Year 8 & Year 9
• U15 – Year 10 & Year 11
• Year 12+ – Adults Senior Hockey

⭐ ⭐ July Festival ⭐ ⭐

Our July Festival 2026 is shaping up to be another fantastic, fun-filled family celebration of culture and community!

Join us for a day packed with activities and entertainment, then stay on into the evening for plenty of laughter with our compère, Gary Wilson, followed by dancing and traditional Ulster-Scots music from the Alistair Scott Céilidh Band.

For the evening entertainment, why not bring along your own camping chair or picnic blanket, relax and soak up the atmosphere with family and friends!

A huge thank you to Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive for their continued support in making this event possible.

We are delighted to share that, thanks to funding from the Halifax Foundation Community FLEX Programme, we have been able to purchase 11 new iPads for our pupils. 📱

These iPads will support literacy across the school by giving pupils access to a range of interactive reading resources. They will help make reading more engaging, accessible and enjoyable, while supporting children with a variety of learning needs and helping to build confidence and independence.

We are very grateful to Trevor Clarke MLA and Councillor Linda Clarke for their assistance in helping us secure this funding. 🤝

As another school year comes to an end, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to our wonderful P7 parents for their donation to the PTA in support of school funds. 🤗

Your kindness and generosity are greatly appreciated and will help us continue to support the pupils and school with future projects, resources and events.

Today we said goodbye to our fantastic P7 pupils at their Leavers’ Assembly as they finished their journey at Randalstown Central Primary School. We wish each and every one of them the very best as they move on to the next exciting chapter. We know they will continue to achieve great things.

Thank you once again to our P7 families for your support throughout the years. We wish you all every happiness and success for the future. 💙🎓✨
