OUR WHY 🤍

Sallianne sat with our children watching their brand new dome being built — watching, wondering, questioning and imagining what it might become.
Because for us, nursery is about so much more than care.
Over the past year, we’ve invested hugely in our team and our practice — from Reggio Emilia, heuristic play and sensory development, to Makaton, Intensive Interaction, Bucket Time and understanding child development and behaviour.
The more we learn, the more we understand that every child is different. And that means our practice has to start with the child.
What are they communicating?
What are they interested in?
What do they need?
How can we support them to thrive?
It’s why we create environments that encourage curiosity, independence, exploration and creativity. It’s why we follow children’s interests and give them opportunities to investigate the world around them.
Even something as simple as watching a dome being built becomes an opportunity to wonder, talk, question and learn. 🤍
We don’t just want to care for children.
We want to know them, understand them, nurture them and help them become confident, capable and curious little people.
We continually learn, reflect and evolve because the children are our why.
And that’s what makes us different.
