This half of the school term feels like it’s going fast! It’ll be the Easter holidays in no time 🐰🥚

Whether you are looking for something creative for your child(ren) to do or need a few hours to yourself to get through the school break, at Cosy Classroom we have a range of creative materials and activities to keep them occupied! Your child(ren) can have complete creative freedom and independence in our safe, inclusive and cosy classroom, as well as join in with activities and make new friends 🤍

Running on the 7th, 8th, 9th, 14th, 15th and 16th April between 10-3pm, 2 hour sessions available for a short burst of creativity (or for under 5s who require supervision.

Just bring along a packed lunch, wear some old clothes and join us for some arts and crafts fun😁 🎨

The Make A Difference Bootcamp on Saturday was absolutely fantastic! It was so inspiring to hear the ideas and views of those that attended, and so refreshing to see so many young people keen to make a difference in their communities/areas of expertise 🤍 what a honour it was to host with Nathan from Harmony & Resonance and Genny from Flourish CIC and to be able to share my own experiences of setting up a social enterprise as well as supporting skill enhancement - looking forward to more in the potential future!

What a wonderful day yesterday was ☀️ The sun was shining and it’s the start of a new year for holiday clubs! Springtime activities were in full swing - from sensory bottles, to dioramas, tealight and plant pot painting (and planting seeds) and even a model of a tank was built! 🎨

In honour of Children's Mental Health week (this week) and the theme of 'This Is My Place', we will be focusing on some activities around the feeling of belonging. Those who attend the after-school club/teens creative youth club or the holiday clubs will be contributing over the next two weeks towards a group project on a large canvas which will be proudly displayed in the classroom! (Exhibition later in the year maybe?).
