Finalist for the Rising Star Award! WOW! 🥹

2 years ago, when I left my corporate job, MANY people said, “Jennie, what are you actually playing at? You have a well-paid job, company car, you’re travelling the world.”

But it wasn’t enough. It didn’t LIGHT me up. My channelling abilities had started integrating and when the universe decides you’re levelling up… it’s happening.

I left my job with NO clients and started from the ground up, building my reputation, my programme and my company, all whilst being a single mum and raising Harvey.

Oh, and integrating this energy… which BELIEVE ME is no mean feat. It’s required constant movement to allow the energies in, and anything not in alignment with it has needed screaming, crying and releasing out. FML!

It’s not only been a create my business journey, it’s been a find myself journey. My REBIRTH.

There’s been blood, sweat and a LOT of tears. I’ve threatened to fck it all off and get a job at Lidl on more than one occasion. TRUTH!

Life is a rollercoaster, running a business is the Pepsi Max Big One and Rebirth is… well, there ain't no bloody words for THAT process.

But I’m SO proud of myself. To think back to some of my darkest times in 2021, battling PMDD, transfusions and everything that came with that period of my life, to where I am NOW.

Sitting with women and helping them uncover, remove and release the energies that have been weighing them down so heavily.

The grief, fear, sadness and trauma they’ve carried for so long. Then watching them walk out of my house feeling lighter, fresher, ALIVE, with a spring in their step and their bloody SPARK back. 🔥

Sometimes I genuinely have to pinch myself.

I’ve most definitely put in the GRAFT to get here, and to now be reaping the rewards, being recognised for what I’m building AND seeing the transformations happening in my clients makes every turbulent, messy, “what the f*ck am I doing?” part of this journey worthwhile.

When my client said… “I’ve tried and paid for so many different modalities over the years, but what you do is truly beautiful and felt completely different.”

My client came to me with the weight of the world on her shoulders. Feeling like her whole life needed sorting out.

She’d spent years trying different healing modalities, plant medicine, events, cacao ceremonies.

You name it, she’d tried it. Anything to stop feeling so much pain and start feeling more like herself.

But she still felt like nothing was really changing.

During her 3-hour Higher Self Channelling session, I held space for her to LET IT ALL GO.

And believe me, she did.

Sometimes energy release looks like yawning, movement or breathing. Sometimes it’s the tears you’ve been holding back for far too long. FEELING IT ALL!

I told her about my first cacao ceremony with Liam Browne in 2021. I sobbed like a baby, like proper ugly cried, no delicate little tears over here 😂

That gave her permission to stop holding it together and let herself do exactly the same.

She felt safe enough to properly cry. To be heard. To let someone hold space for her.

Through my Higher Self Channelling, we explored what she’d been carrying and worked to clear the heaviness, creating space to reconnect with her own beautiful energy.

She left with a massive smile on her face, feeling lighter and definitely more like herself.

Halfway through eating an ice cream yesterday I had that...

"Ahh s**t, I didn’t take a picture.” 😆

And then I realised...

I was too busy ENJOYING the bloody ice cream.

Too busy walking, talking, laughing and actually being IN the moment to think about stopping, posing and documenting it.

And I bloody LOVE that.

Because for years I lived so much of my life on autopilot

Always somewhere else in my head. Thinking about what had happened, what was happening next, what needed doing.

Now? I’m actually HERE for my life.

And sometimes I think social media has us believing that if we’re not constantly SHOWING how happy we are, how amazing our relationship is or what we’re doing...

Did it even fu***ng happen? 😂

I don’t need to PROVE how good my life is.

You can feel it in my energy.

And one thing I probably don’t shout about enough is my relationship.

7 years in and what an absolute MATCH we are. 😂

We always joke that the universe put the two of us together and is now watching through its fingers thinking...

“What the f**k have I done?” 🫣

We’re raw. We say what we actually think.

There’s no hiding the crazy, toning yourself down or worrying that you’re being “TOO MUCH.”

I can be 100% ME.

And there’s something bloody beautiful about being loved like that.

Having somebody beside you through the highs, the lows, the ridiculousness and the days when one of you just feels completely flat.

But I didn’t always have relationships like this.

There were a few frogs along the way. 🐸😂

And every one taught me something.

What I wasn’t available for anymore.

Where I needed stronger boundaries.

Where I’d been settling.

And ultimately, what I believed I was WORTHY of receiving.

The more I healed and changed my relationship with MYSELF, the less willing I became to accept anything that didn’t feel right for me.

And maybe THAT’S what I’ve realised...

Perfection isn’t the carefully captured moments plastered all over social media.

Sometimes it’s forgetting to take the fu***ng picture because you were too busy LIVING the moment.

No proving.

No performance.

No agenda.

Just being completely present in the life and love you’ve created.

And eating your ice cream before it melts. 😂🍦
