“I have just spent a day at the Squires Kitchen School doing a course on Meringue Buttercream Flowers’. I am used to baking but have never been able to manage buttercream flowers, I have come away now confident in a number of different flower techniques. Vanessa was so patient and really took her time in explaining to me the different techniques and showing me where I was going wrong before.

NEW: Wedding Cake Masterclass!

This is a 4-day course to teach you how to create a beautiful 3-tiered wedding cake from start to finish. You will learn to a sponge, and tiers (with both real cake and dummies) and create using Squires Kitchen Sugar Florist Paste (SFP) to decorate.

All equipment and aprons will be provided, and you will be able to take your cake (including dummies, drums and spacers) home with you.
Lunch and refreshments will be included every day. There will be time at the end of Day 4 for you to ask any questions and to take photos of your creations 🍰

Total Masterclass fee: £750
