All S1-S3 pupils are invited to the welcome disco for our new S1s on Thursday. It is free of charge, however pupils will be asked to sign up if attending.

We're excited to share this year's extra-curricular timetable in PE.

We have something on offer every day at lunch and after school!
Lunch: 1:30-2:00 pm
After School: 3:45-4:45 pm

Alness Academy Extra-Curricular Clubs 💜

Alness Academy are offering the following extra-curricular clubs this term led by various members of staff. Clubs are open to all pupils in S1-S6.

We ask that all participants register with the teacher at the start of the club and a reminder that no food is to be brought into the sessions.

Lunchtime Astro will still be going ahead this term ⚽️

We are ready to welcome all our amazing young people back to school tomorrow (Wednesday). You have ALL been missed.

We know that some may feel a bit nervous, please do not worry this is normal, you will not be alone. We are here to support you 100%.

Well done to these superstars who excelled themselves at our Alness Academy Fiddler's Rally on Monday. Amber, Zia, Anna, Isla, India, Neve, Alyssa and Aliyah were joined by primary pupils Ben and Dakota to give a fantastic performance for family and friends. The morning's hard work rehearsing really paid off. Well done all!

Huge congratulations to these incredible pupils from Alness Academy (pictured with our wonderful Senior Support Worker, Jenny Stirling) on their fantastic £3000 YPI win, and for choosing Mikeysline as their charity of choice.

Their powerful video, including a mini-drama on bullying and loneliness in school, showed empathy, creativity and courage while highlighting urgent issues of self-esteem and mental health that affect many of our young people.

We are so grateful for the team’s hard work, thought and passion, which will help Mikeysline continue raising awareness and offering hope to those who may be struggling.
