This weekend is armed forces weekend the children loved exploring the military turf tray looking at the different soldiers and the different army vehicles. 💂🏻‍♂️💂🏾‍♂️

Fun in the sun ☀️ the children have loved taking part in different water activities Jemma froze some water and put bugs in there for us the children loved splashing and watching the water 💦

A few weeks ago, Debbie had the pleasure of celebrating Dennis 100th birthday! The children from Aldershot Garrison preschools made cards and pictures for Dennis to help him celebrate. Dennis is a veteran and even the Mayor of Yateley attended his party to thank him for his service and celebrate him reaching 100 years ❤️🎉🐝

Keeping it cool in Rainbow Dinosaurs this morning. We have a tuff tray with ice, paint and pipettes our Dinosaurs are continuing to work on their fine motor skills though pinching the pipette to raise the water and paint and then release it to melt the ice. We have stacking cups and plates to build the tallest tower. Our children have been trying different methods of their own choosing as to how to built a stable tower. (Critical thinking).
The children's vocabulary at the ice tray has been spectacular, using words ice, melting, dripping, frozen, shivering cold and ocean cold.

Paddington Bears had a wonderful time at our Father's Day stay and play. The children had an amazing time with their dads and special person. We had so many different activities from cake decorating to colouring pictures and playdough. It was lovely seeing so many smiles and cuddles from so many of you.

Today the Tiddlers have been focusing on Father’s Day activities. The children have been talking about similarities and differences. The children had the choice of different coloured wools and made hair for their daddies.

The children then made some play dough and measured the ingredients out and made their own donuts for daddy pretend ones of course 🍩👨🏻👨🏾👨🏿

In Rainbow Dinosaurs class today it is our football day. We have stations set up for making paper footballs, England flags and playdough footballs in black and white.
