Tommy is still killing it 🙌🏻

Tommy never stepped foot into a gym before coming to me.

Never lifted a weight.

Never tracked a calorie.

Never pushed himself like he has done in the past 18 months.

He actually started training with my dad as his training partner.

While his physique changes have been gratifying for Tommy, it is the impact of his transformation on his wider life that have been the most valuable.

With the experience he has gained over the past 18 months he is very much eyeing up bigger and badder challenges next year 🤙🏼 watch this space.

Kylie’s journey has been a pleasure to be apart of!

From thinking she had to…

Eat a protein shake and a rice cake, and nothing else, to achieve her goals

Do endless amount of burpees to have an effective workout

Just do more cardio to look skinny

To now…

🤤🥙Eating a balanced diet with a range of foods she loves

The physical journey and progress this lady has made is no short of impressive.

I remember Brad walking in the gym for the first time earlier this year shaking my hand and introducing himself.

Being in a bad place mentally, He asked me to help guide him through what he needed to do to get what he wanted out of the gym.

2-3 months of coaching and some darn hard work, resulted in him seeing the results he ultimately craved.

He learned new exercises, he realised the importance of nutrition, and stuck to a program that best suited him.

As he is a young man I’m so proud of him for breaking through his mental barriers and resistances to gain the confidence we all know he had!

Working with someone like Brad makes me understand even more that as much as I am here coaching people through the gym, nutrition, habits etc. guiding people through battles in one journey, It’s helping/preparing them for battles in different ones.

Super happy with Brads progress and determination.

I’m not sure you’re ready for this one 💁🏼‍♂️

Carl has absolutely gone next level since working with me.

He originally wanted to achieve his 100lb weight-loss goal, which he was only 20lbs away from when he started with me.

The issue was he stalled in terms of weight-loss for 3 whole months! Upon doing a sort of lifestyle/training audit in everything he was doing we determined the problems and addressed them.

2 months later we smashed that 20lb goal and got him to that 100lb mark before his holidays.

Now Carl has taken his new found experience and knowledge and has lost even more bodyweight 😎

There is no denying this man has levelled up his training and nutrition since working with me but his effort and attitude never dipped. He stuck to the plan and kept his confidence in the process.

Undeniable results require undeniable effort and Carl did just that.

🙌🏻 Here we go!

Kats Transformation for this shoot was outstanding.

Being naturally quite lean already Kat wanted to push for a new challenge that would take her physique to the next level.

📸 queue our decision to book her in for a photoshoot w/

Knowing she had a photoshoot on her horizons she has trained like an absolute monster all year and we even accounted for her own wedding around her plan.

Dropping 12-14lbs from picture to picture in this post she really broke some mental barriers on how far she could actually go in the lead up to something like this.

😏 These pictures are just the tip of the iceberg for Kats goals and I’m excited to see how far she can progress in the future with this experience and knowledge under her belt.

Grace’s transformation is jaw dropping and it’s a pleasure to be apart of her journey.

The results you see are testament to the power of commitment and consistency.

Grace’s journey has not been easy, but she has consistently shown up for her workouts, pushed herself to the limit and made the lifestyle changes necessary for her goals.

Grace has:

🔥Lost body fat

💪🏻Gained muscle

💃🏽Improved her self confidence

2023 is turning out to be quite the satisfying year for me as a coach.

Some of my clients are beginning to set the foundations towards their goals and they are working tremendously hard.

Others are rounding off what has been an epic journey towards what they wanted to achieve.

There isn’t a moment where I am more proud of them when I see that big grin come on their face when the realisation hits that they have achieved or are achieving what they wanted!

Grace achieved just that.

Grace came to me worried she might not look the way she wanted to on her wedding day.

But after losing 50lbs and reshaping her body completely in 15 months, Grace looked better than she could have ever imagined.

I will be making more posts about Grace’s journey and why I planned her program the way that I did to accommodate for the long time span we had when she first set out on this transformation.

Im going to be using Grace’s journey as a way to highlight the importance of setting strong foundational habits that were a key part in helping Grace manage stressful times.

This is just another example from one of my clients that ticking the most impactful tasks off daily pay huge dividends towards your future goals.

Grace and her partner are currently traveling around Singapore and Bali for their honeymoon and are giving me huge satisfaction levels, telling me that they are confident in clothes they never thought they would be.

Libby’s results are outstanding and they have all been down to her hard work and persistence in ticking the fundamental boxes daily.

🫵🏼I preach to my clients constantly that the biggest impact they could make in achieving their weightloss/fatloss goals, is to be consistent with just the basics.
