🇬🇷 Η μέρα μας χθες τελείωσε με τον πιο νόστιμο τρόπο! Ευχαριστούμε θερμά τους εθελοντές γονείς που βοήθησαν στο ψήσιμο και την πώληση καθώς και όσους ήρθαν να υποστηρίξουν το σχολείο μας! 🌯
🇬🇧 Yesterday, our day ended in the most delicious way! A huge “Thank you” to the parent volunteers who helped with the cooking and selling as well as everyone who came to support our school!

🇬🇷 Μια ξεχωριστή εμπειρία για τους μαθητές της Στ΄, Pre-GCSE και GCSE 1 τάξης στο εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα «Γιώργος Σεφέρης: ο άνθρωπος, ο ποιητής, ο διπλωμάτης» στην Πρεσβευτική Κατοικία. ✨📚

🇬🇧 A unique experience for our Year 6, Pre-GCSE, and GCSE 1 students at the educational program “Giorgos Seferis: the man, the poet, the diplomat” hosted at the Ambassador’s Residence. ✨📚

🇬🇷 Με τον αγιασμό ξεκινήσαμε τη νέα σχολική χρονιά με ευχές για υγεία, πρόοδο και δημιουργία!

🇬🇧 Today’s blessing marked the start of our new school year, filled with wishes for health, growth, and creativity!

🇬🇷 Χθες καλωσορίσαμε με πολλή χαρά τους μαθητές μας πίσω στο σχολείο! Η νέα σχολική χρονιά ξεκίνησε γεμάτη χαμόγελα, ενθουσιασμό και όρεξη για μάθηση. Ευχόμαστε σε όλα τα παιδιά, τους γονείς και τους εκπαιδευτικούς μας μια δημιουργική και όμορφη χρονιά! 💙✏️

🇬🇧 Yesterday we warmly welcomed our students back to school! The new school year began with smiles, excitement, and a strong desire to learn. We wish all our students, parents, and teachers a creative and inspiring year ahead! 💙✏️

🇬🇷 Οι μαθητές του GCSE 1 έγραψαν το δικό τους διάλογο για να παραγγείλουν σε ένα εστιατόριο. Κάποιοι πελάτες όμως ήταν λίγο πιο δύσκολοι από τους άλλους. 🍽️

🇬🇧 The GCSE 1 students wrote their own dialogue for ordering at a restaurant. However, some customers were a bit more difficult than others! 🍽️

🇬🇷 Στο πλαίσιο της θεματικής ενότητας «Ο κήπος των συναισθημάτων» καλέσαμε τους γονείς της Α’ ταξης για να παίξουμε, να μιλήσουμε και να γνωρίσουμε τα συναισθήματα μας. Με τα παιδιά βγάλαμε το ποίημα:
«Αγαπώ τον εαυτό μου,
τον φοβο, τον θυμό μου,
όσα νιώθω είναι δικά μου
η λύπη και η χαρά μου.»

🇬🇧 As part of the thematic unit “The Garden of Emotions,” we invited the parents of the Year 1 students to play, talk, and explore our emotions together.

With the children, we created the following poem:

“I love myself,
my fear, my anger,
everything I feel belongs to me—
my sadness and my joy.”

🇬🇷 Με αφορμή τη γιορτή των Τριών Ιεραρχών, γιορτάσαμε και το 100% επιτυχίας των μαθητών του σχολείου μας στις εξετάσεις του A Level, GCSE και της Ελληνομάθειας. Θερμά συγχαρητήρια τόσο στους μαθητές όσο και στους εκπαιδευτικούς και τους γονείς για την υποστήριξη τους!

🇬🇧 On the occasion of the celebration of the Three Hierarchs, we also celebrated the 100% success rate of our school’s students in the A Level, GCSE, and Greek language proficiency exams. Warm congratulations to both the students and the teachers, as well as the parents, for their support!

🇬🇷 Το Σάββατο πραγματοποιήθηκε η κοπή της Βασιλόπιτας στο σχολείο μας. Μαζί μας ήταν η Προϊσταμένη της Κυπριακής Εκπαιδευτικής Αποστολής, κα Μαρία Λοή, ο πρόεδρος του σχολείου μας, κος Ηλίας Ντινένης καθώς και ο Πρωτοπρεσβύτερος, Πατήρ Κωνσταντίνος ο οποίος ευλόγησε τις βασιλόπιτες.

Ευχαριστούμε για άλλη μια φορά τους γονείς που προθυμοποιήθηκαν να φτιάξουν τις βασιλόπιτες για το σχολείο μας!

🇬🇧On Saturday, the cutting of the Vasilopita took place at our school. Joining us were the Head of the Cypriot Educational Mission, Mrs. Maria Loi, the president of our school, Mr. Elias Dinenis, as well as the Protopresbyter, Father Konstantinos, who blessed the Vasilopitas.

We would like to thank once again the parents who kindly volunteered to prepare the Vasilopitas for our school!
