The Sunday Spiral starts today. 🌀

Every Sunday my brain tells me I’ve had an unproductive week. Every Sunday my camera roll proves it wrong.

So here’s a little recap of the things that actually happened.

NEW monthly event! : CRAFTS & COCKTAILS

Remember when you used to make things just because it was fun?

Decorating your school bag. Making friendship bracelets. Cutting pictures out of magazines. Spending hours creating something for absolutely no reason other than you liked it.

I think adults need more of that.

So I’m starting a monthly Crafts & Cocktails event at The Tipsy Mercer a relaxed creative evening to switch off, meet people, have a drink, and make something with your hands.

For our first event, we’re making:

Nostalgic collage badges & keychains

Cut, layer, stick and create your own little pieces of wearable art! inspired by the things you love, the things you remember, and whatever catches your eye.

3–5pm
Tipsy Mercer, Abingdon
£15 per person

Come by yourself, bring a friend, or finally make those “we should do something” plans happen.

A little creativity. A little community. A little time away from the screen. And a brucie bonus, Happy hour drinks available, alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and everything in between. We don’t judge your beverage choices.

5 August – Under the Sea Kids’ Crafting (3–5pm)
Drop-in ocean-themed crafts for ages 4–11. £12 per child.

26 August – Custom Pet Portraits at The Nags Head (7–9:30pm)
Paint your pet! Just email me a photo beforehand and I’ll prepare your canvas. £35.

29 August – Summer Garden Memories (st ethelwolds 10-12:30pm)
Transform your child’s artwork into a beautiful nature-inspired collage to treasure. £40

10 September – Life Drawing at The Tipsy Mercer (7:30–9:30pm)
A relaxed, welcoming session for all abilities. All materials provided. Tickets are now available through to January.

27 September – Crafts & Cocktails (3–5pm)
A brand-new monthly creative social! This month we’re making collaged pin badges and keyrings. Future workshops will include printmaking, jewellery making, sculpting and more. Enjoy happy hour drinks while you craft.

All materials are included, and beginners are always welcome.
