With growing concern around ultra-processed foods, there’s never been a more important time to teach children how to cook from scratch. 🍅🥕

When children learn to prepare simple, homemade meals, they’re not just learning recipes - they’re building healthy habits, understanding ingredients, gaining confidence in the kitchen and developing skills they’ll use for life.

At Cook Stars, we believe cooking from scratch doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be fun, creative and something the whole family enjoys together. 💛

Because giving children the confidence to cook is one of the greatest life skills we can teach them.
