Once the service leaves Aberystwyth bus station it will divert off route and re join it's normal route at the top of Third Avenue.
This is due to an emergency road closure on Mill Street.

From 08:00 this morning,the road leading up to Heol Aberwennol will be closed until 17:00 this afternoon.

The bus will not be able to serve Heol Aberwennol during these times.

Starting this Thursday, 5th February, the junction at Commins Coch connecting to the A487 will be closed for cycle path construction. This closure is expected to remain in place until May 2026.

We know this will impact your daily commute, so please take note of the following temporary transport arrangements designed to keep you moving:

Express Section: Buses will run non-stop in both directions between Bow Street (Huws Gray) and CK’s Supermarket.

After CK’s, services will stop at:

The YP25 from Pontrhydfendigaid will be very late picking up school pupils this morning.
The bus is stuck in the New Cross area due to a tree down.

We know there’s been some confusion regarding how buses will run during the upcoming closure at Comins Coch.

To make your journey as smooth as possible, we’ve put together a handy map to show exactly which stops are being served by which buses.

Service T2 and T28 will continue to serve the Waun running via Rhoshendre and Maesceinion, picking up at the Bus Shelter on Maesceinion only and then all stops along Waunfawr Road.

The service will now serve Heol Tyn-Y-Fron.

It won’t serve Min-y-Ddol or go up Heol Bryn.

Rhoshendre, Heol Tyn-Y-Fron & Min-Y-Ddol wont' be serviced this morning. Will check the roads again later.
