Parenting support for families in Monmouthshire

Acorn Project is a Welsh Government Families First funded project that provides parenting support to families with children 0-18 years in Monmouthshire. Mae Prosiect Acorn yn brosiect sy’n derbyn cyllid gan raglen Teuluoedd yn Gyntaf Llywodraeth Cymru sy’n rhoi cefnogaeth rhianta i deuluoedd gyda phlant 0-18 oed yn Sir Fynwy.

A huge thank you to Caerphilly County Borough Council, who in partnership with Togetherness, have provided ALL FAMILIES within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board free access to online learning pathways that support emotional wellbeing—for both grown-ups and children.
