While we have a full week of Pilates and Yoga flowing at the studio—including our Hatha Yoga with Feet Up Trainer 🙃—we are opening up the hammocks this Sunday for an incredibly restful experience.
Floating Shavasana ☁️
Imagine being completely weightless, cocooned in soft silk, and gently swaying into a state of total relaxation. This Sunday, join us for a deeply restorative 45-minute floating Shavasana. It is the ultimate reset for your nervous system, designed to help you completely let go and drift into stillness.

Supported Camel Pose (Ustrasana Variation)
Pose & Benefits:
• Supported Camel Pose: Using the wooden frame of the FeetUp Trainer as a prop gives you a secure anchor point to lift up and out of the lumbar spine before looping back.
• Deep Chest & Shoulder Opener: Counteracts the "slouch" from sitting at desks or driving.
• Strengthens the Back Body: Engages the hamstrings, glutes, and back muscles safely.

Inverted One-Legged Extended Stag Variation
Pose & Benefits:
• Inverted One-Legged Split and Stag leg - By using the FeetUp Trainer, your shoulders take the weight, allowing you to safely find your centre of gravity and extend through the legs.
• Core and Glute Activation: Keeping one leg extended and the other stabilised requires deep core engagement.
• Lymphatic Drainage: Elevating the legs helps reverse fluid pooling, aiding recovery and reducing leg fatigue.

Aerial Yoga 🙃
This unique Skirted Inversion Stretch is more than just an elegant pose—it's a targeted release for the deep lower body. By using the hammock to secure and traction the hips, we achieve:
• Deep Hip and Sacroiliac (SI) Joint Traction: The traction on the pelvis is unrivaled, allowing for deep release and decompression of the sacroiliac joint, a common source of lower back and hip discomfort.
