Billy Thomsomis taking on an incredible challenge to raise funds for the Grampian MS Therapy Centre – 100 holes of golf in one day ⛳️, and 2 kilt walks!🚶♂️🚶♂️
Any donation to his JustGiving page would be greatly appreciated. As someone who uses the Therapy Centre myself, I can honestly say it provides invaluable services and support to so many people living with a range of conditions.
Thank you for your support. 💚

🤔 Where's the most unusual place you've ever worked from?
Sometimes my office looks a little different!
This photo was taken while I was receiving Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber at the Grampian MS Therapy Centre
Living with Multiple Sclerosis means there are days when I need to prioritise my health, but when you run your own business, the admin doesn't magically disappear. So, armed with my laptop and a bit of determination, I decided to make the most of my treatment time and tick a few jobs off the to-do list. ✅
It certainly isn't the most conventional workspace I've ever had, but sometimes you just have to adapt and keep moving forward.
So, I'm curious...
👇 Where's the most unusual place you've ever worked from?
I'd love to hear your stories in the comments!
💚 P.S. For anyone wondering why I look like I'm preparing for a space mission, this photo was taken while I was receiving Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber at the Grampian MS Therapy Centre!
The Centre provides HBOT alongside physiotherapy, massage, reflexology, and other support services for people living with neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis. It also supports people with a range of other conditions and injuries, including fibromyalgia, cancer, burns, and sports injuries.
It's a fantastic local charity right here in the North East, and it makes a real difference to so many people, myself included.

Apparently it’s World Red Hair Day today 🔥
As a proud redhead, I felt it would be rude not to acknowledge it 😄
The hair may help me stand out during First Aid Training… although I’d like to think it’s the fun, engaging, and memorable training people remember most! 😉
Hope all my fellow redheads are having a great day. Share with me a picture of your red hair .... don't worry if it is as messy as mine!🙃

Excited to be back as a member of the Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce!
I’m really looking forward to reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new members, and supporting the fantastic local business community.
I always enjoy finding out what other businesses do… and trying very hard not to ask everyone whether they’ve checked their First Aid provision recently! 😉 Old habits!
If we haven’t met yet, please pop a comment below and say hi 👋🏼 — I’d love to connect.
A little bit about me:

✨ Looking after your own wellbeing is just as important as looking after others ✨
This week I had another Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) and Cupping treatment with Kim's KCR at the Grampian MS Therapy Centre
I genuinely can’t describe how much this treatment helps me feel more balanced and realigned. Living with neurological symptoms can sometimes mean my legs feel unsettled in the evenings, with twitching that can make it difficult to properly relax.
Since starting KCR, I have noticed a real improvement – my body feels more aligned, movement feels easier, and my legs feel calmer.
KCR works on the body as a whole, helping to restore alignment so muscles, joints and nerves can function more effectively. Combined with cupping, the treatment helps relieve tension and encourages better circulation.
As someone who spends a lot of time supporting others through first aid and mental health training, I know how important it is to also take time to look after our own health and wellbeing.
Thank you Kim for your ongoing support – I always leave feeling more comfortable, more balanced, and more able to move freely.
If you live with MS, chronic pain, muscular tension or simply feel “out of alignment”, this treatment may be worth exploring.
To book with your Local Accredited KCR Practitioner please Call, PM or Text Kim on Mobile : 07834988253
Or contact the centre directly on 01224 771105.

Near Miss Day – Monday 23 March
Have you ever had a near miss?
Maybe you almost slipped on a wet floor…
Nearly tripped over a trailing cable…
Or caught yourself just before a fall…
A near miss is an incident that could have resulted in injury or illness, but didn’t.........this time!
Near misses are important warning signs that something isn’t quite right. By recognising them early, we can take action to prevent future accidents and keep everyone safe.
Common near misses include:
⚠️ Slips, trips and falls
⚠️ Unsafe lifting
⚠️ Blocked walkways
⚠️ Faulty equipment
⚠️ Poor housekeeping
⚠️ Distractions or rushing
Taking a moment to report or fix a near miss today could prevent a serious injury tomorrow.
💡 Tip: Encourage your team to speak up about hazards – creating a positive safety culture helps protect everyone.
👉 Have you ever experienced a near miss at work or at home? What did you learn from it?
