But if this too advanced for you start with some basic chest isolation exercises to improve your upper body flexibility, this is something that will be extremely useful to add in trying to your Salsa and Bachata and take your dancing to the next level.

Finally here is a video of Chaves and Silvia dancing bachata sensual at an annual festival in Milano, it is a great example of body rolls and how upper body flexibility comes in useful. Also if you look at 1:36/1:37 you will see an example of the footwork we learned in the last class :)
