8 weeks pre holiday programme โœˆ๏ธ ๐ŸŒž

Cj completed 8 weeks of online coaching on the lead up to our holiday to Dubai. To begin with i created split workout days and calculated calories & macros that suited his goals and needs.

All workouts were strength based focusing on specific muscles on different training days. During each check in i ensured we were making the right choices with calories/food and workouts then made changes where necessary.

Cj was committed and put 110% into his plan every week thatโ€™s why he got the results he has achieved here in only 8 weeks๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป He dropped body fat and gained muscle mass which you can see in his photos.

An update of my
I posted Oliviaโ€™s transformation pictures a few months ago and since then weโ€™ve been chipping away nicelyโœ‚๏ธ I mean look at those photos ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ˜
Olivia follows a training plan created by me in the gym throughout the week and comes for her pt session with me too. Itโ€™s just part of her weekly schedule now and she makes time for her gym sessions to keep making progress. She says itโ€™s one of her favourite things to do ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

My stunning

There are no words to describe how beautiful you were on your wedding day & I think we can all agree. โœจ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿค

The first photo is at the beginning of Jadeโ€™s journey, second is her Ibiza henny and the third is on her special day.

We prioritised the wedding day as our main goal. When we started training together I set Jade realistic calories/macros and created a training plan for the gym. We chipped away at her body fat % while still toning and building lean muscle - she just looks ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

A few things you might want to hear if you have just come home from holiday or are going soon.. โœˆ๏ธ ๐ŸŒž ๐Ÿน

1) If you donโ€™t train or count calories for one or two weeks it really does not matter, trust me when I say you are not going to undo months/years of gym work by going on a holiday.

2) You donโ€™t have to earn cocktails and delicious food when you go on holiday. If you never lost the weight you had hoped to before getting on the plane are you really going to let that ruin the holiday that you have looked forward to all year?

3) When you come home, donโ€™t suddenly go into self destruct mode by stepping straight on the scales. Certain factors cause weight fluctuations, remember a lot of your weight โ€˜gainโ€™ will be water weight, lack of sleep, more alcohol consumed than usual, eating at different times than usual and a lot more - the list goes on.

4) You donโ€™t have to be a certain size to wear certain types of swimwear (ie bikinis) every body is a bikini body to me and if you feel comfortable then it really does not matter what you wear around the pool or to the beach. Show off what youโ€™ve got ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

5) Finally, life is too short to be anything less than happy AF on holiday. Donโ€™t let the gym & diet stress pre holiday take away the fact you are going to make the most amazing memories with your friends/family. Youโ€™ve worked hard all year round so you deserve to enjoy every second you spend away. Regardless if you lost the couple kilos you said you were going to or not!

โ—๏ธ8 WEEK TRANSFORMATION

My lovely and her before and after 8 week transformation photos.

Below is what we achieved together in 8 weeks โฌ‡๏ธ

3.1kg down in weight
6cm off chest
4cm off thighs
3cm off arms
3cm off glutes
7cm off hips
8cm off waist

Olivia came to see me for 1 x PT session per week over the last 8 weeks. But she made sure she went to the gym to follow her training plan that was made specifically to suit her end goal. The results speak for themselves. When you put the work in you get the results you came for. ๐Ÿฅณ initially Olivia wanted to tone up and gain strength all round and thatโ€™s what we have done.

She looks amazing ๐Ÿ˜ป Iโ€™m sure you can all agree!!

Steve is โ€˜s partner (indyas transformation is one of my recent posts) and together they have lost a whopping 9 stone. 9 bloody stone can you even believe that??

Firstly Iโ€™d like to say Iโ€™m not taking 100% credit for this unreal transformation as Steve never worked with me personally 1-1, however he decided to start his journey alongside Indya. I really am super chuffed for the pair of them for the commitment they put into changing their lifestyle and daily habits over the last 7 or so months.

Steve says
