^ disclaimer - bit more of a slow crawl than a hard launch into the new year with about 18 inches of snow and schools shut, but I’m totally fine with that pace - been enjoying living in my pjs aLOT. 🫶🏽

We are feeling lucky to be ending 2025 as we started it, very grateful (SO on brand).

Grateful for the continued support of The Personal Growth Collective, and for the amazing people and organisations we’ve had the chance to work alongside this year.

As a small way of giving back, we have made donations to three charities close to our hearts:

💫JDRF International – in honour of my daughter’s bestie Theo (a real life superhero🦸) to support the ongoing work to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes.

💫 Cash for Kids – thank you for all the work you do to support disadvantaged children and young people across the UK and in Aberdeen.

💫 Aberdeen Cyrenians – for the vital work they do to empower and support people facing homelessness and hardship in Aberdeen and the north-east of Scotland

Thank you to everyone we’ve worked with this year, and the projects we have had the opportunity to be part of. Thank you for all the DM’s, words of advice and alllll the cheerleaders who support us from the sidelines,

✨ Being Your Unique Self at Work ✨

Last week I hosted the first Marsha Project workshop for Hitachi Solutions UK in London. 💫

Our focus? Exploring the values and qualities that make us who we are as leaders, and what we truly want from our work and lives.

At The Personal Growth Collective, we believe people thrive when they can show up as themselves.

Together we reflected on:
✨ where we want more space (and what to let go of)
✨ how we want to feel – and the steps to get there
✨ what needs to happen to make it real

We wrapped it up by creating personal vision boards, one of my favourite tools for turning ideas into action!

I loved working with this inspiring group and can’t wait for our next session in November! 💛

Last night I had the pleasure of attending the Grace Beverley and Jamie Genevieve UMF Masterclass at the Aberdeen Music Hall. 🫶🏽

I’m a huge fan of both and really enjoyed hearing more about their journeys and how they’ve built such successful businesses. My biggest takeaway was the importance of authenticity, building community, and staying connected to your customer – values we work hard to embed every day at The Personal Growth Collective.

A big thank you to The Robert Gordon University for the invitation and the chance to meet them both beforehand (was obvs very much fan-girling and wearing my TALA blazer!).

I was also honoured to be asked to be part of the RGU Future is Her’s programme, which launched at the event. The programme is all about inspiring more female entrepreneurs into business – helping to close the gender gap, and supporting women to realise their potential and build a life they love – something I’m SO passionate about.

I’ve been to a few UMF sessions now and the high vibes always leave me inspired and reminded of what is possible. 🫶🏽
