Fjällfina

Today we celebrate the National Day of the Sami people and recognize Fjällfina, one of Skogsmulles' friends 💙

On this wonderful day we highlight Sami culture, language and history.

✨ Mountain Fina lives on a snow capped mountain top in the Fjällbjörkogen forest and takes care of animals and nature in the mountains.

Her costume is a Sami c**t as blue as the mountain sky and in her white hair sits a ribbon ornamented with two ice ranunkel.

With her beak shoes on her feet, she walks or skis through the great expanse of the mountain and clean air.

The mountains are calling - Hello Windvil! ✨

Idag firar vi samernas nationaldag och uppmärksammar Fjällfina, en av Skogsmulles vänner 💙

En härlig dag i fjällets tecken där vi lyfter samisk kultur, språk och historia. Hur firar ni i era verksamheter? Dela gärna🌦️

✨ Fjällfina bor i en kåta i Fjällbjörkskogen och tar hand om djur och natur på fjället. Hennes dräkt är en samisk kolt lika blå som fjällhimlen, och i det vita håret sitter ett band smyckat med två isranunkler. Med sina näbbskor på fötterna går eller skidar hon genom fjällets stora vidder och rena luft. Fjällfina ropar – Hej Vindivil! ✨

Skogsmulle Early Years 🧚🏻‍♂️🍁🍂 We are an inclusive Forest school Home Education Group for ages 2-7. Children are able to explore nature in depth and learn at their own pace in a safe and nurturing environment. Learners can play, explore, make new friends as a family. We will have a range of activities on offer that will be displayed around our woodland to start at any time.Everything we do is the children’s choice and at the children’s pace. Due to the time of day this will mostly appeal to Home Educated children, however, children in part time nursery, flexischooled children and children who haven’t yet started nursery are more than welcome.
