Guys, quick one. I’m starting a free 21-day Fit & Proud challenge for gay men who want to lose some weight, get moving again and feel better about themselves.

This isn’t about living in the gym or following some ridiculous diet. For 21 days I’m going to help you with your nutrition, exercise and accountability, and give you some simple things to focus on every day.

It’s completely free, so if you’ve been thinking ‘I really need to do something’ but you keep putting it off, come and do it with us.

Just send me a DM with the word ‘CHALLENGE’ and I’ll send you the details.

🍔 Yes, you can eat Five Guys and still lose body fat.

Could you save calories by choosing a little burger or removing the bun? Of course.

But honestly, where’s the fun in always choosing the option you don’t really want?

When I go with my friend, we share the fries because the portions are huge. I also skip the sugary drink and choose water or a zero-calorie option.

That means I can still enjoy the burger I actually want without turning one meal into a massive calorie blowout.

One takeaway from time to time is not what makes you gain weight. In fact, allowing yourself foods you enjoy can help you feel less restricted and may make bingeing less likely later.

Fat loss is not about eating perfectly.

It’s about what you do consistently.

Fed up with counting every calorie?

Try this instead:

Work out your weekly calorie budget, then add up the main foods in your grocery shop and use them across the week.

You don’t need to obsess over most low-calorie vegetables. Focus on the foods that add up quickly—protein foods, carbs, dairy, snacks, oils, sauces and drinks.

One shop. One week. Less tracking, less waste and more flexibility.

Would this make things easier for you? Comment “SHOP” and I’ll show you how to calculate your weekly food budget.

You’re eating “healthy”… so why aren’t you losing fat? 🤔

Often, it’s not your metabolism or a lack of willpower. It’s the small habits that quietly add up:

✅ Portions bigger than you realise
✅ Mindless snacking
✅ Adding several carb sources to one meal
✅ Eating differently every day with no real structure

You don’t need a perfect diet or to give up everything you enjoy. You need a simple plan you can follow consistently.

Small changes. Better structure. Results that last. 💪

Comment READY if you’re ready to take control of your health and body — or DM me PLAN and let’s talk. 🌈

Save this post for later and share it with someone who feels stuck.

I’m looking for 5 gay men aged 30+ who want to lose weight, reduce their waistline and feel more confident over the next 90 days.

This is for men who are tired of doing the same thing again and again:
Starting a new diet on Monday.
Trying to be perfect for a few days.
Missing one workout or having one meal off plan.
Feeling like they’ve ruined everything.
Then giving up and promising to start again next week.

Most guys in this situation do not need another strict diet, complicated meal plan or random workout programme.

They need a clear structure, realistic actions and someone to help them stay on track when work, stress, tiredness or life gets in the way.

That is why I created The 70% Method.

Over 90 days, we will work together to build:
• A simple nutrition structure based on foods you actually enjoy
• A realistic home or gym programme
• Two or three manageable workouts per week
• A daily activity target that fits your lifestyle
• A plan for weekends, restaurants and social occasions
• Weekly check-ins, progress tracking and personalised adjustments
• A backup plan for the weeks when your motivation disappears

The goal is not to make you follow a perfect routine for 90 days.

The goal is to help you build a way of eating and training that you can actually continue when life is not perfect.

This could be for you if:
• You are a gay man aged 30+
• You want to lose weight or reduce your waistline
• You no longer feel completely comfortable in your body or clothes
• You have lost weight before but eventually regained it
• You know some of what to do but struggle to stay consistent
• You want more confidence in photos, socially, when dating or on holiday
• You are willing to complete two or three realistic workouts per week
• You are ready to improve your habits gradually rather than chase perfection
• You would benefit from accountability and regular support
This is not for you if:
• You want a miracle solution without changing anything
• You are looking for a crash diet or extreme transformation
• You want to lose a huge amount of weight in a few days
• You refuse to communicate or complete weekly check-ins
• You only want a programme to download and ignore
• You are looking for bodybuilding or competition preparation
• You are not prepared to take any action

There are no extreme diets and no expectation that you live in the gym.

Just simple nutrition, realistic training and regular accountability designed around your actual life.

If this sounds like what you need, comment INFO below or send me a private message.

I’ll ask you a few questions about your situation and honestly tell you whether Fit & Proud — The 70% Method is suitable for you.

⏰ **"I don't have time to work out."**

It's one of the most common reasons people give for not exercising.

But here's the good news...

You don't need:
❌ 2-hour workouts
❌ 6 days a week
❌ To live in the gym

You do need:
✅ 2–3 strength training sessions a week
✅ Around 45–60 minutes
✅ Consistency

Small changes really do add up.

💬 What's your biggest obstacle?

⏰ No time?
😟 No confidence?
🤔 Don't know what to do?
