1) Relieve the lower back pain in 1 minute 🙃 

Pain and stress in the lower back?
Often the reason is the clamped square muscle of the lower back. It stabilizes the spine and participates in each of your movements - from inclinations to walk. 

If this muscle is overstressed, we get:
⚠️ Dumb pain below the back
⚠️ Pulling sensations from the side
⚠️ Limiting mobility 

Today I show one effective movement that:
✅ relieves voltage from the square muscle
✅ improves the mobility of the pelvis and lower back
✅ works as pain prevention
