ผลงานวิจัยล่าสุดของเรา "A Kirigami-Engineered Skeletal Framework Composite for Ultra-Low Hysteresis and Highly Stable Strain Sensors" ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ในวารสาร ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering ซึ่งเป็นวารสารชั้นนำระดับ Tier 1 ที่มีค่า Impact Factor = 7.3 🤩

ทีมวิจัย AMR ได้สร้างเซ็นเซอร์วัดความเครียดชนิดยืดหยุ่นประสิทธิภาพสูง โดยผสานแรงบันดาลใจจากศิลปะการตัดกระดาษ "คิริกามิ" ของญี่ปุ่นเข้ากับนวัตกรรมวัสดุนาโนที่เรียกว่า "โครงร่างโครงกระดูก" (Skeletal Framework) เพื่อแก้ข้อจำกัดเรื่องความหน่วงและความไม่เสถียรของเซ็นเซอร์ทั่วไป ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้คือเซ็นเซอร์ที่มีความยืดหยุ่นสูงเป็นพิเศษ (~235%) ตอบสนองได้อย่างฉับไวด้วยค่าความหน่วง (hysteresis) ที่ต่ำมากเพียง 0.6% และมีความเสถียรสูงถึง 99.4% แม้ผ่านการใช้งานซ้ำกว่า 10,000 ครั้ง ซึ่งได้สาธิตการใช้งานจริงในการควบคุมแขนกลหุ่นยนต์ได้อย่างแม่นยำและเที่ยงตรง เปิดทางสู่การพัฒนาอุปกรณ์สวมใส่และหุ่นยนต์ยุคใหม่ที่มีความน่าเชื่อถือสูง
