The Myth That Learning Language Is Hard This article explains and dispels the common myth that learning a second language is hard. It is written from the viewpoint of someone who has studied French and German for over 30 years, and is currently a certified teacher of French and German for over 12 years.

I am a teacher certified in Florida in German, French and English since 2003.
Since 2015, I have been teaching German and Academic English for the Maastricht University Language Centre in the Netherlands.
