sfitforsociety.com/). After suffering a stroke in 2013, Jessica turned toward health and wellness to embrace a more mindful approach to eating and exercise. As a spokesperson for the American Heart and Stroke Association, Jessica's goal is to spread awareness about knowing the warning signs of stroke, living and surviving a stroke, and tips for prevention. Jessica personally fell in love with Barre in 2002 while living in San Francisco. After eight years of taking Barre classes, She knew that Barre would always be a part of her life and decided to begin teaching. Jessica became Barre licensed in 2012 to share the positive transformations and life-changing workout she discovered through a Barre approach to fitness and health. “ As a Barre teacher, I hope to bring the fun, challenge, and change, that this class has brought into my life”. Jessica received her accreditation as a NCCA certified personal trainer in 2015 to bring in a new level of functional movement into her classes. Jessica’s Barre classes are based on the principles of the traditional Lotte Berk method, however, she blends in plenty of modifications and unique choreography to keep classes fun, safe, and effective.
