It’s a first in the history of fashion, “two designers having a true creative dialogue that stems from respect and friendship”.
The collection “Versace by Fendi - Fendi by Versace” was inspired by the mid- to late-’90s era of the Italian house under Gianni Versace. It displayed the Fendi monogram made on gold chokers, bracelets, shoe and dress straps, on belts that say “Fendace,” and on handbags spliced with Versace’s own logo.
It was not a collaboration, but rather “a celebration of Italian fashion and a to-hell-with-it disruption of the established order of things,” according to the brands.
The luxurious, opulent and Italian runaway show had supermodels legends as Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, walking along with the new guard including Gigi Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski, and many others. A true success!

Versace by Fendi, Fendi by Versace
At the Milan Fashion Week the concept of collaboration has been completely changed.
Donatella Versace draws for Fendi and Kim Jones and Silvia Venutini draw for Versace. For the first time two women that lead their family business are working for another brand that has not their name. The Versace and Fendi individual prefall collections 2022 are born in this way and they will be available form May 2022.
The two collections not only has shaken up the concept of collaboration giving to each other the freedom of choice but also they are bringing us back to the nineteens with top model of that period such as Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss.
Versace and Kim Jones are perfectly on the same page and in fact the collection aims to make women to feel good and beautiful despite what they do, who they are and their age!

The Ferrari Purosangue will be the Ferrari’s first SUV. It is a highly anticipated model that will mark the entry of the Maranello company into this new segment, as other top brands have already done in recent years. It is still too early for definitive information, but there has been no lack of rumours, spy photos and render of this model.
The front end features slim headlights with daytime running lights, with a cut like those of the Ferrari Roma, and a trapezoidal grille. The rear of the car has a large black panel with the Prancing Horse logo at centre stage and slim LED taillights like the Ferrari 296 GTB.
Both under the bonnet and in the interior the sportiness will be unprecedented for an SUV, and it's not just a matter of horsepower and horsepower, here the Maranello technology is squeezed to the max in a new key.
Stay tuned! It will arrive on the market later next year!

With more than $341.57 weekly transaction volume of contracts for luxury Manhattan homes, the 2021 can be the record year for the borough’s luxury real estate market.
A big contrast with 2020 when Manhattan logged its worst-performing luxury market in a decade due to the coronavirus pandemic.
So far the contracts signed this year are valued up to $11.1 billion thanks to the number of deals closed.
This value is very close to the record of $11.2 billion total set in 2014 and 2021 is not ended yet, therefore the last word is still to be said!

Happy Birthday to Chanel No. 5 on its 100th birthday!
“a woman’s perfume that smells of a woman. No scent of rose or lily of the valley, but something elaborate that remains on you.’ Chanel N° 5, the 'abstract' fragrance launched by Mademoiselle Coco on 5 May 1921, is now 100 years old and is still one of the world's best-selling perfumes, the only one to have crossed the century without losing a hint of its allure and remaining modern and up to date.
A marketing genius before marketing even existed, she managed to make it an object of desire. She designed a glass or crystal bottle that was almost minimalist, like her idea of elegance, made much more of removing than adding, geometric and rational, like the art movements of the time. The stopper recalls the shape of the Place Vendôme in Paris.
She did not put it on sale. It was a gift for her wealthiest clients, almost a personal gift that elevated them to a privileged position. As a result, even before it debuted in the boutique at 31 rue Cambon, the most chic ladies of Parisian high society were clamouring for it.
100 years of a fragrance desired and worn by all, 100 years of a fragrance wanted and worn by everyone, including the world's most famous celebrities.

‘The 2021 Met Gala Was Dripping in Diamonds’ - was the title of yesterday’s article about the fashion’s biggest night out.
The event returned after a hiatus with celebrities and models rocking from head to toe in the guise of the most famous designers, yet the whole jewellery scene was dominated by lashings of white diamonds.
Starting with the full ’50s Hollywood glamour from Billie Eilish, who channelled Marilyn Monroe performing “Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend” wearing multiple finger rings and bracelets from Cartier, moving forward to a more contemporary elegance such as Zoe Kravitz in mixed-cut diamond earrings by Jessica McCormack and Rihanna, who dazzled in over 267 carats of Bulgari diamonds.
The men were not to be outdone. Frank Ocean wore a necklace from Homer, his new jewellery brand, and co-host Timothée Chalamet demonstrated his unique chic with two 1928 Cartier brooches attached to the waist of his Haider Ackermann suit.
Red more about it on British Vogue’s article and pick the best jewellery at the Met Gala 2021.

The Tesla model S Plaid on paper is the electric to beat. According to the Californian manufacturer it is able to guarantee a range exceeding 840 kilometers, reach 320 km/h of maximum speed and shoot from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 2.1 seconds. All combined with completely new interiors, where the 17-inch central screen and the steering wheel stand out.
Last weekend the Tesla Model S Plaid+ was removed from the configurator, indicating 2022 as first availability. It is not known why the Tesla Model S Plaid Plus orders have been suspended, but it can be assumed that the American company has already collected a sufficient number of orders. On the other hand, it is certain that production will start on July 3rd of the renewed Model S, as stated by Elon Musk.

Kiawah River, the new luxury community that in the first quarter of 2021 reported an exponential growth in sales. To all intents and purposes an "Agrihood" or rather an agriculture-based community constructed around a farm, with the idea of having access to freshly grown produce nearby. A new emerging and very popular trend especially in the remote working era.
In the case of the Kiawah River agrihood, buyers are embracing the opportunity to experience aspects of authentic Lowcountry life. Furthermore community events include Saturday Social Oyster Roasts, horseback riding outings, and outdoor picnics.

Tiffany & Co : from blue to yellow
Set up in Los Angeles for a weekend, Tiffany & Co's pop-up store is surfing the buzz of its April Fool’s joke “Yellow is the new blue” while promoting its range of yellow diamonds.
The company revealed an incredible pop-up store : 100% yellow design, from the facade to the windows, including the iconic boxes, shopping bags and other accessories. Also in the mix for the pop-up: a photo booth and the display of a collection of yellow diamonds, including the nearly 130 karat “Tiffany Yellow Diamond.”
