WELCOME APRIL

Beginning a new month means, in general, the desire to set up new goals.

In the past few days, the word "loyalty" has come to my mind, out of nowhere, and questions such as:
▫️what means "loyalty" for me?
▫️am I loyal? And loyal to whom? Towards what?

A deep conversation with myself started and, in that moment, thinking I was a loyal human being, I realized that I was only loyal to others and situations (my parents, my spouses, my work, etc...), adapting myself to everything and everyone but never I have been loyal to myself, to my feelings, to my gut, to my intuition, to my dreams....

STOP ! I need a change !

So, my goals for this month are:
=> being loyal to who I want to become.
=> honoring my body with healthy food (body and mind)
=> focusing on my feelings, my passions, my dreams
=> focusing on my daily routine

HAPPY OSTARA

Today is the Spring Equinox, which means that day and night are of equal lenght. In the Wiccan tradition, we celebrate the Sabbath of Ostara, one of the 8 annual Sabbaths.

Ostara is associated to Eostre, the german pagan goddess of fertility, love and light.

After a period of introspection, it's time to show gratitude for rhe time that has passed because now, we are entering the light period. Ostara pays homage to nature, to renaissance, to light and hope.

This is the perfect time to let go of old habits in order to bring renewal, to sow seeds and make our projets bloom.

We are encouraging:

🌳 to reconnect with nature and its magic wirh a walk in the forest

🏠 to clean up our living space

📝 to write an action plan to achieve our goals

I dedicate this moment, this page to share everything that is going on in my head...

Today i begin this new adventure, this encounter with myself. I know that this whole process will help me to grow, to evolve and even the most insignificant things will be a precious help in my approach of becoming and revealling to the light, the person I am deep inside : a radiant, shiny, confident, joyful, fearless, dignified, free, courageous, independant, strong woman, leader, entrepreneur, healer, knowing her own worth and keeping it intact from other peuple's eyes.

It's a gift I give to myself and I am well aware that the path will be made of ups and downs because it is the logical evolution of any change.
I am not used to write. It is not a natural exercise for me. That's why it is important to do it... I wish to share my thoughts, my experience, my passions, my reflections, my fears, my blockages, my joys, my doubts, my desires, my dreams...

You cannot change your life and who you are if you don't change yourself first like you can't inspire or help others if you don't help yourself first.

We should all be our number one priority !

MI CAMINO, August 2019

El Camino m'a tant apporté
De belles choses telles que l'amitié
Mais il a fallu d'un seul touché
Pour que tout soit transformé

Deux mains se sont mises à parler
Et une graine s'est alors implantée
Jour après jour, elle s'est développée
Tellement forte qu'un amour est né

Un jour d'été, tout a basculé
Deux âmes se sont rapprochées
Par un simple ba**er volé
Nos corps réunis se sont alors exprimés

Le feu et le vent n'ont fait plus qu'un
Marchant côte à côte sur le même chemin
Main dans la main, yeux dans les yeux
Auprès de toi, tout est merveilleux

De Atapuerca à Santiago
Avançant toujours plus loin, toujours plus haut
Une osmose exceptionnelle
Entre nous deux, c'est si spécial et naturel

Pas assez de mots pour décrire el Camino
Car tout ce que j'y ai vécu a été beau
L'amour, le bonheur et la passion
Mi Camino porte ton nom

Brutalement un silence s'est installé
Et maintenant, tout est confus
Je me demande, t'ai-je perdu?
Car mon amour pour toi n'a pas changé

El Camino brought me so much
Beautiful things such as friendship
But it took one touch
For everything to be transformed

CELEBRATION TIME !

December is a month of celebration, a month of magic, a month of joy, a month of light...and today is a new day of celebration: THE day to celebrate one of the most magical person I have ever met... Yes, I am talking to YOU my beautiful

You have this beauty, this light, this madness, this joy, this strenght, this courage, this fire I love so much... I can't ask for better than you as a best friend, even if you are, for me, more than my best friend, you are my soul mate !

I am so prouf of the woman you are and the one you become day after day...If you don't know yet, you are WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING, even if those words are not strong enough to describe how awesome you are...

Keep being who you are, keep rising higher and keep shining my lovely phoenix... Because of you, the world is more colorful, more fun and more beautiful...
