FCB asbl develops and promotes adult education in Belgium, particularly in Brussels and globally in the French speaking region. It was established in 2019 to meet the needs of people who wish to participate in various learning activities, training courses, international projects and citizenship initiatives in order to increase active citizenship and professional qualification of people. We offer a variety of activities (training courses, conferences, seminars, events) for adults learners, adult educators, schools staff members,... Our main focus is empowering individuals and groups in different training settings and in different situations and contexts to become an active and responsible citizens. All our projects and initiatives are connected with key and core competences and bringing new opportunities and perspectives to adults but always considering their needs and their live experiences as a starting point.

Who are the Partners?

Ergon Training is a non-profit organization that aims to improve pre-professional skills through vocational education and training, always applying the principles of Experiential Learning and Adult Education. Ergon Training has significant experience in designing and delivering inter-entrepreneurial training to its network of private companies and NGOs. ERGON Training partners are vocational training instructors and experienced project managers who work with many educational and advisory organizations in Greece (IASIS, NOSTOS and some other of the largest NGOs in Greece). Ergon is also a training organization active in Vocational Education (VET) and business training, and more specifically on the following themes: — Human Resources Development, Communication – Research projects – Social economy and young entrepreneurs – Adult education.

🌞A jumble of socio-cultural days proposed in July 😀: day to discover the stars at the Euro Space Center 🚀, show and magic day at the Artistuteur🥳, relaxation day at the North Sea 🌊, day around honey and bees🐝 for and with formid'ABLE people.
