🎨 Rome, an immersion into Baroque and Classicism 🇮🇹✨

Our students of the Bachelor in Arts Management had the opportunity to explore Rome during an exceptional study trip, guided by art history professor David Mandrella. For three days, they dived into the world of Baroque and Classicism, discovering masterpieces that have shaped the history of art.

📸 Swipe to discover their best moments!

🔹 The Trevi Fountain, a symbol of Baroque opulence
🔹 Baroque churches, with a focus on Caravaggio’s iconic works, exploring his dramatic use of chiaroscuro
🔹 The Capitoline Museum, home to major sculptures by Lorenzo Bernini, master of movement and marble emotion
🔹 Villa Medici, residence of the French Academy in Rome, where artists from around the world come for residencies in an exceptional setting
🔹 The Vatican Museums, with an unforgettable moment in front of the Sistine Chapel frescoes, Michelangelo’s absolute masterpiece
🔹 Villa Doria Pamphili & the Barberini Gallery, jewels of Italian artistic heritage

💬 This trip allowed students to broaden their perspective, analyze the connections between art, history, and patronage, and understand the role of art in public and institutional spaces. A unique experience to fuel their passion and deepen their understanding of contemporary cultural issues!

🌟 A brand-new campus for the start of the 2025 academic year

Now here's one of the Delta's 4 auditoriums, because what would a campus be without amphitheaters? 🤔

Classes but also concerts, screenings, round tables, workshops... Ranging from 100 to 190 seats, one of them will be specially reserved for IESA! ☝️

✨ With exceptional acoustics and a careful design thought out for them, this venue will be at the heart of students' cultural and creative life.
