Hello,
I'm an E.P.S. teacher and ERASMUS+ manager at the Notre Dame Du Mur secondary school in Morlaix (Brittany) in France. We have experience of the ERASMUS+ programme, with group projects on different themes and with different partners, as well as hosting and sending individual exchanges with our Finnish, Belgian, German, Croatian, Spanish and Italian partners.
I'm looking for a partner school for a project that would also involve group mobility and a reception in France for Terminale (17-18 year-old) European section students. The group would consist of 12 to 15 students.
We would like to set up a project around the following theme: Reconciling sport and well-being through physical activities and respect for the environment. How to adopt an eco-responsible attitude through physical activity and sport.
We would like to introduce our counterparts to the outdoor physical activities practised in our region and do the same in another European country. But we'd also like to look at the carbon footprint generated by sporting events and the solutions that could be envisaged to try and reduce this cost.
So this is not a sporting competition or a project based solely on sport. This project is guided by a civic-minded approach.
