Aren't you tired of not being yourself in English?

Of staying silent in meetings?

Of shying away from small talk?

Of not sounding as professional as you are in your own language?

Nothing is wrong with you.

It's just no one has taught you to actually function in common communication contexts - at work or in daily life.

No one taught you how to structure thoughts in kick-off meetings.

No one taught you how to gather project requirements in a confident way.

No one taught you how to speak clearly and exoressively in a presentation so that others want to listen.

You can - and should- change this.

You you can - and should - learn how to do it.

For you to speak out.

There’s hardly a word I dislike more than 'nice'.
Plain. Simple. Meaningless. Overused.

If you love the way something looks - then make an effort to describe it!

Use nouns, like sunlight.
Use verbs, like drift.
Use adverbs, like gently.

The irresistible vocabulary trio. ✨

It makes all the difference - because people will actually love to hear what you say next.

Because it's so refreshingly original.

Join my classes - I’ll teach you how to stand out.

How to be not just heard - but make people want to listen to you? 🎧

It's not perfect grammar.

It's:

a) Clear pronunciation of English vowels.

This often requires focused and consistent pronunciation work, which gives - trust me - lasting effects. Each word is sharp and clear like mountain snow! 🏔

b) Stressing content words.

If you stress (add emphasis) to all the words in a sentence, it not only loses rhythm, but it also leaves your listener perplexed. Which ideas and words are truly important - and which are not?

c) Making pauses.

Fluency is not everything. If you don't make pauses and separate ideas, people will not want to listen because they won't be able to concentrate.

Pause.
Add suspense.
Make them want to listen to your story!

To speak more clearly and effectively, join my free one-on-one 30-min session - and enjoy your transformation in speaking!🪄

It's common in English to use the negative verb form when you expect a positive answer. You're basically saying 'It happened, right?'

It is especially common in networking settings when you think you've met people before:

👋 Haven't we met before?

👋 Wasn't it at that conference last year?

👋 Didn't we meet at that workshop in Rome last summer?

NB: you need to use the rising tone in the end to sound enthusiastic! 🛫

Do you use this type of questions at work?
