I went to the watermelon spot on Lake Merit in Oakland over the weekend. They sell fresh, seeded, sweet and farm fresh melons.🍉 I ate 2 so far a seeded yellow one and the traditional seeded red one.
Delicious!!! It’s been my first meal of the day, juicy snacks and rejuvenating night cap.

My squat Challenge was a success! We enjoyed and remain encouraged to stay healthy 💫🤸🏾‍♂️💫

I love my Pilates students! Beautiful couple and Pilates enthusiast. They’ve been taking my classes for a while now. They’re very sweet and have shared fresh eggs from their chickens. My family loves them.
I told them next time I going to purchase their eggs. I’ll let you know when I purchase in case you want to get some.

I got this dress from my home studio in Fremont. There’s some nice pieces to choose from.
