Hi,
Teaching requires energy.
Physical energy.
Mental energy.
Emotional energy.
And sometimes, that can be exhausting.
MY QUESTION:
What helps you recharge after a long day?

Bonsoir,
Ideas for tomorrow.
Corrections.
Activities.
Students who need support.
Teaching doesn't always stop when the bell rings.
MA QUESTION:
Can you switch off completely after work?

Dear colleagues,
Students see the lesson.
They don't always see the preparation behind it.
Resources, differentiation, corrections, planning...
A lot happens before the lesson starts.
So here is my question:
How much time do you usually spend preparing one lesson?

Hi teachers,
A lesson plan is important.
But sometimes the real skill is adapting to what happens in the classroom.
How often do you change your plan during a lesson?

Hello everyone!
Some lessons go perfectly.
Others don't.
And that's okay.
Teaching isn't about having perfect lessons every day.
It's about adapting, staying flexible, and doing our best for our students.
How did your last lesson go?
Some students know the answer…
but still choose silence.
Not because they don’t care.
Not because they are lazy.
Sometimes, they are simply afraid of speaking.
Confidence is often the first step before fluency.
As teachers, the atmosphere we create can change everything.
What helps your students feel confident enough to speak English?

Bonjour chers collègues,
Some classes speak easily.
Others need more time, more trust and more encouragement.
Every classroom has its own rhythm.
And that’s completely normal.
Do you agree?

Bonjour chers collègues,
Not every quiet student is unmotivated.
Some are anxious.
Some lack confidence.
Some are simply overwhelmed.
Silence can hide many things.
Do you agree?

Bonjour chers collègues,
Some days are wonderful.
Some others feel mentally exhausting.
But despite the fatigue, the pressure and the endless workload…
teachers still show up every day.
And that deserves respect.
Do you agree?

Bonjour chers collègues,
Sometimes we expect students to participate quickly.
But confidence, speaking habits and classroom trust take time to build.
Some classes speak immediately.
Others need weeks.
And that’s okay.
Do you agree?
