Some people know me in running shorts.
Some have met me in a dress, giving a talk, facilitating a coaching conversation, or sitting with a question that had nothing to do with running.
Some know me from my first career as a sommelier.
Some have seen me singing at a private event.
Apparently, I never fully committed to one costume. 🙂
For a long time, maybe because I grew up around a model where a “serious” career meant one clear path and one specialty, I thought I had to make all the parts of my work fit into one neat box.
Or worse: choose only one.
Trail and ultra running coach.
Professional coach.
Trainer.
Speaker.
Women’s health and fitness coach.
Endurance athlete.
Storytelling and creative projects.
The more I worked on updating my website, the more I realized the point was not to simplify by cutting pieces away.
The point was to find the thread.
A race is never only a race.
A career decision is never only a career decision.
A changing body is never only a body.
There is always a person, a body, a mind, a context, a history, a set of habits, and a life around it.
That is the work I do.
Whether I am coaching a trail runner, supporting a woman through midlife health and fitness changes, or coaching someone through a personal or professional question, I look at the whole person — not only the plan, the symptom, or the goal.
So yes, my website has been updated.
But more than that, it became a useful exercise in clarifying my own brand:
not by making it smaller,
not by making it louder,
but by connecting the pieces more honestly.
Three coaching paths.
One grounded approach.
