I worked with one of the most reputable asset managers, but I decided to move on. It made me wonder, did I make the right choice?
Fast forward 7 years, my workplace is conveniently close to home, and I even have the flexibility to work from home. My career has continued to thrive, and surprisingly, I’m now earning nearly twice as much as before. It’s been quite a journey filled with growth and surprises!

If you want to make an impact at work, be an advocate for cultural change.
If you want interesting projects, take the initiative and be the first to contribute.
