You don’t need that last conversation. There have already been too many. You’ve given them far more opportunities than they deserve. Opportunities to be decent and mature, to do the right thing with integrity, to fix what they broke, to say sorry, to take accountability, and to show that they care about how you feel. They’ve had every chance, and they chose not to change.

You don’t need any more closure from them.
Another conversation would only open the door to manipulation and gaslighting again.
They’ve already shown you who they really are, and deep down you know you deserve better.
Let go of the fantasy that they’re capable of doing the right thing. If they were, they would have.

It’s time to respect yourself by giving yourself the space and time to heal and move on..
